1st Year Student: Ends on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 23:59[GMT+8].
2nd Year Student: Ends on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at 23:59[GMT+8].

Heads up! School Carnival Event Guidelines!


1. Event Badge & Souvenir Pick-up

・Participants who completed registration can pick up their badges and souvenirs in advance on July 18th (Fri) from 18:00~22:00 at the official counter on 1F.
・Please refer to the event schedule for the official counter’s opening hours if you wish to collect your badge and souvenir on Saturday or Sunday.
・Please present a valid ID and your registration confirmation email when collecting your items.
・Souvenirs for the events will not be sold on-site.

 

2. On-site Registration

Opening Hours
・Friday (July 18th), 20:00~22:00
・On Saturdays and Sundays, please refer to the official counter’s opening hours.

Fees:
・One-day ticket: NT$800
・Two-day ticket: NT$1600

Please have a valid ID ready when making a purchase. Badges will be issued after the payment is completed. (Exact changes are recommended; credit cards are also accepted.)
On-site registration is available only for the “1st Year Student” tier; for full details and participant benefits, please refer to the event registration page. The system will randomly assign a House or on-site registration.)
※ Participants with a one-day ticket for Saturday, July 19th, will not be eligible to purchase charity raffle tickets. (The raffle will take place during the closing ceremony on Sunday, July 20th)


3. Hotel Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 16:00 

Check-out: Before 11:00

【Check-in Procedure】

・The person who makes the reservation must check in at the counter with their ID and booking code.

・If you are not the reservation holder, please provide the name and booking code associated with the reservation. The staff will verify the information before you check in.
・Please remove all the posters or decorations before check-out if you wish to decorate your room. Cleaning or repair fees may apply for residue or damage.

【Key Cards & Check-out Notes】

・All rooms will be given an extra power card; please return it during check-out.

・Please, visit the hotel front to check if there are any outstanding charges. If there are none, then scan the QR code on your keycard envelope to check out and drop the power card into the return box in the 1F Lobby.

・Commemorative room keys may be kept after check-out. Lost cards will not be reissued.
・Only hotel-provided electrical appliances may be used in the room (excluding personal electronic devices).

【Parking】

・Hotel guests, event participants, and diners may use the parking spaces in B2 to B5 free of charge. Availability is first-come, first-served.

・Guests staying overnight should register their license plate number at the hotel front desk.

・Non-staying guests may present their event badge at the 1F official counter during open hours to pick up a parking discount voucher.

【Special Booking Plan Souvenirs】

・Guests booked through the UTFG hotel plan will receive a commemorative room key card and amenities gift set (provided by Atelier Amanojaku) based on the actual number of guests.
・These items cannot be purchased separately and will not be reissued if lost.

 

4. Fursuit Guidelines

Please follow hotel and event regulations to maintain a pleasant environment and respect other guests.

1F Lobby

  • From July 18th at 16:00 to July 21st at 11:00, fursuits are permitted in the hotel lobby. Do not interfere with hotel operations, flow, or the comfort of other guests. From 00:00 to 06:00, lobby lighting will be switched to night mode. Please keep your voice down.
  • The sofa area and long table area in the 1F Lobby Lounge are available for short-period photoshoots of fursuits. For longer stays, a minimum purchase is required; please ask the hotel staff on-site for more details.
    *The area behind the Lobby Lounge is off-limits to any fursuits and photography.


5F Garden

  • Fursuit and photography are allowed (and only) during the following times:
    ・Saturday, July 19th, 10:00~21:00
    ・Sunday, July 20th, 10:00~17:00


5F Facilities (Sheraton Fitness, Swimming Pool, Sauna), Bobo’s Park, Hotel Restaurants

  • Photography and lingering around these areas are prohibited at all times. Fursuits are not allowed in these areas nor entering these facilities.


3~5F Event Spaces

  • Do not linger in event areas outside of scheduled activity times.


Guest Room Hallways

  • Please avoid loud noises and refrain from staying in the hallways for extended periods. Any changes will be announced on-site.


For any temporary venue-related changes, please follow on-site announcements.


5. For Participants Unable to Attend

・You may authorize someone to collect your badge and souvenirs for you starting Saturday, July 19th, at noon. An authorization form must be completed.

・Badges collected by this method may not be used to attend the event.

・If no one can collect on your behalf, a shipping request form will be announced after the event. Participants are responsible for shipping costs.

Registration Notes

1. Registration Confirmation

 • You will receive a "Registration Successful Notification Email" after completing your registration.

 • If you do not receive the Email within three days after payment, please contact the event organizer immediately.

 • The organizer will not be responsible for any impact on your participation eligibility if you fail to contact us about not receiving the Email and cannot confirm your registration information during check-in.

 • Participants registering for the "3rd Year Student" tier, cancellations or refund requests will not be allowed once registration is completed. Please ensure everything is correct before registering.

 • One-day tickets are also available at the event, priced at NTD 800 / person, and the qualification is the same as "1st Year Student."

2. Registration Eligibility and Contact Information

 • For participants registering as "3rd Year Student", a staff member will confirm further details via the Email you provided, so please check your inbox for important notifications.

 • The organizer will primarily use Email for contact, including important information, event announcements, and related notices. Please ensure your inbox can receive emails to avoid impacting your participation rights.

3. Registration Rules & Payment Instructions

 • Completing the registration is automatically considered agreeing to the event regulations and terms.

 • If you violate the regulations and fail to improve after being warned, the organizer can cancel your participation without a refund.

 • Credit/Debit Card Payment: Payment must be completed within one hour after
submitting the registration info.

 • Bank Transfer Payment: Payment must be completed within three days after submitting the registration info.

 • Convenience Store Payment: Payment must be completed within three days
after submitting the registration info.

 • Overseas Participants: Please use credit/debit card for payment.

4. Registration System Open Period

 • Account Creation Starting from: Thursday, March 27th, 2025, 21:00[GMT+8]

• Event registration deadlines by grade level are as follows:
1st Year Student: Ends on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 23:59[GMT+8].
2nd Year Student: Ends on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at 23:59[GMT+8].
3rd Year Student: Ends on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at 23:59[GMT+8] (Full Registration).


5. Registration Info Revise and Add-on Purchases

 • Please log in to make changes before Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 23:59[GMT+8].

 • For 2nd and 3rd Year Students, the deadline for uploading/changing your profile picture is Sunday, May 25, 2025, at 23:59[GMT+8].

 • Participants may purchase event souvenirs during registration with no additional handling fees.

 Event souvenirs will not be available for sale during the event (July 19-20), so please purchase them during the registration period if needed.

 • Available add-on souvenirs include:
- School Carnival Event T-Shirt
- Event Lanyard Special Edition
- Event poster
- Event badge holder
- Graduation yearbook

 • Add-on souvenirs may be purchased by all participant tiers, with a maximum of five souvenirs per product.

 • If you wish to upgrade your registration tier after completing the registration, you can apply for an upgrade in the registration system, subject to an additional 5% handling fee.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 • Participants registering for "3rd Year Student" cannot apply for cancellation or refund after completing registration.

 • For other tiers, please email the UTFG teams if you want to cancel your registration before the Sunday, May 18th, 2025, 23:59[GMT+8].

 The refund mechanism is as follows:

 • A 10% handling fee and a 15 NTD transfer fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

 • Cancellations and refund requests will not be accepted after Sunday, May 18th, 2025, 23:59[GMT+8].

7. Personal Data Usage Statement

 • Participants agree that, for the safety and management of the event, the organizer has the right to collect, process, and use the personal data provided by the participants solely for event-related purposes.

8. Event Change Rights

 • The organizer reserves the right to adjust event rules and make changes. All final decisions will be based on the organizer's announcements.
