Registration Information
- Applications are open from now through June 1st (Sunday), 23:59[GMT+8].
Booths are limited. Therefore, a lottery will be held if the application exceeds the venue capacity. The results will be announced within a week of the deadline. - There are no restrictions on the type of goods sold at Dealer’s Den. Booth owners are welcome to sell merchandise or take live art commissions in any format they like!

Important Notes
- Booth owners and helpers must complete the UTFG registration for the School Carnival.。
- Booths are free of charge, each booth (half a table) is approximately. 90x60(cm).
- Each booth owner may apply for up to two booths (one full table).
- Samples must be labeled clearly and censored for selling restricted (R18) materials. Sellers must verify the buyer’s ID before selling any restricted content. Selling to minors is strictly prohibited, and violators may face legal consequences.
- Booths are strictly prohibited from selling any pirated goods, items that infringe on the rights of others, or products that violate applicable laws and regulations. If such violations are reported and verified—either by the organizers or third parties—and the issue is not resolved after a warning, the organizers reserve the right to immediately revoke the booth’s participation and pursue further legal action. Doujin (fan-made works) are generally allowed as derivative creations; however, if a copyright holder formally requests the removal of specific works, the booth owner must comply and withdraw the items from sale.
- Selling freshly made food or drinks on-site is not allowed. Only pre-packaged items may be sold. Alcohol sales must comply with “The Tobacco and Alcohol Administration Act”.
- One helper per booth is allowed to enter the venue for the setup. Two helpers may enter if two booths are applied for. Helpers cannot enter the venue alone during the setup.
- Please help form and manage a line/queue if your booth draws a crowd.

The organizers reserve the right to interpret situations and modify rules if necessary.
