I. Submission Guidelines

1. All entries must align with this year’s UTFG theme: “World Journey.”
   
2. Content must be suitable for all audiences; adult-oriented or NSFW content is strictly prohibited.
   
3. Entries must not contain violence, hate speech, discrimination, political stances, illegal content, or other inappropriate elements.
   
4. Submissions must be made by the original creator only. Submissions via proxies, agents, or third parties will not be accepted.
   
5. The use of AI or any generative tools is strictly prohibited.
   
6. Commercial commissions and works previously used for other events, exhibitions, or promotional purposes are not eligible.
   
7. Registration for the UTFG2026 “World Journey” main event is not required to participate in this submission.
   
8. The Organizer reserves the right of final review and interpretation.

II. Artwork Specifications

• Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi
  
• File Format: PNG, JPEG, PDF
  
• File Size: Under 100MB
  
• Dimensions: A3 size (Portrait orientation preferred)

III. Schedule

• Submission Period: From now until May 17, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+8)

• Shortlist Announcement: Expected to be announced in June 2026

IV. Submission Method

Please complete the official submission form. A submission is considered successful only after all required information and files have been fully uploaded.

V. Selection Process

After the submission deadline, the UTFG organizing team will review and evaluate all entries to select the shortlisted works.

VI. Rewards

1. Selected participants will receive an exclusive UTFG official commemorative souvenir.

2. Selected artworks may be featured in event venue decorations, exhibitions, the official website, or social media platforms for promotional purposes.

VII. Important Notes

1. Participants must guarantee that their work is original and does not infringe upon any third party’s copyrights, portrait rights, name rights, or privacy rights.

2. In the event of infringement, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the submission or selection.

3. Any legal responsibility arising from the submitted work shall be borne solely by the participant.

4. The use of AI or generative content is strictly prohibited.

5. Submission constitutes confirmation that the participant is the original creator.

VIII. Intellectual Property Rights

1. Participants retain the copyright to their works.

2. Participants agree to grant the Organizer the right to use the submitted works for marketing, promotion, and display purposes related to UTFG events.

3. Authorized uses include, but are not limited to:
   • On-site displays and printed materials (e.g., conbooks, posters)

   • Official websites, social media platforms, and promotional materials

   • Other non-commercial promotional purposes

4. Participants agree not to exercise moral rights against the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right of final interpretation and may amend, modify, or terminate this event as necessary. Any updates will be announced via official platforms.
