Guideline & Precautions for Boarding

Welcome aboard UTFG Airlines.

To ensure a smooth journey, please read the following terms carefully before registering.

Completing your registration signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all relevant regulations.

Pre-departure Reminders(updated 6/22)

【Before Check-in / Registration】
• Please bring a valid ID including photo (i.e. ID card, passport, or residence permit.
• Please join the official Telegram channel to receive important announcements throughout the event.
• To use the Furgenda App, please link your UTFG account first. Then, download the app and log in using the email address you registered with for the event.

【Badge Collection & On-site Registration】
• Badge collection for pre-registered participants will begin on 6/26 (Fri) at 18:00 at the 1F Official Counter.
• On-site registration will be accepted starting from 6/26 (Fri) at 20:00.

【Important Information During the Event】
• Important announcements, schedule updates, and relevant notices during the event will be primarily communicated through the official Telegram channel. Passengers are advised to join in advance to ensure they do not miss the latest updates.
• Due to busy on-site operations during the event, responses on the fan page and official mailbox will be suspended starting from 6/25 (Thu) 00:00 (GMT+8).
• If you encounter any problems during the event, please proceed to the 1F Official Counter as your first point of contact for assistance.

【For Passengers Unable to Attend】
• If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, information about the shipping methods for souvenirs will be provided separately after the event concludes. Please note that shipping fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• If you have friends or relatives attending the event, you may authorize them to collect your souvenirs on your behalf. They must complete a declaration letter and proceed to the official counter after 6/27 (Sat) 12:00 to complete the collection process.
• Please note that badges obtained through this method cannot be used as admission passes, nor can they be used to claim any event-related benefits or privileges.

【Important Notes for Hotel Guests】
• Hotel parking is available free of charge (maximum vehicle height: 2 meters). Parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Hotel guests should register their vehicle number at the hotel front desk. Non-hotel guests may obtain a parking ticket at the Official Counter during the event by presenting a valid event badge, and must have the ticket validated before exiting.
• Using hotel staff elevators or staff-only pathways without authorization is strictly prohibited. If a guest continues to use them after being advised by hotel staff or event officials, the hotel reserves the right to request the guest’s check-out. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
• Guests staying on the 12th floor or below in the West Wing may use the stairs to descend to the lobby and event venues. Please note that stair access is one-way downward only; returning to guest room floors via the stairs is not possible.
• Please prioritize your personal safety when using the stairs. If you are moving while wearing a fursuit, it is highly recommended to have someone accompany you to ensure safe movement.

I. Flight Registration Information

  • Official Registration Period:

    • From: Feb 11, 2026 (Wed) 22:00 [GMT+8]
    • Until: May 03, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 [GMT+8]

    Data Modification:

    • Passengers may log in to the registration system to modify their information, including uploading or updating their badge photo, before May 03, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 [GMT+8].
    • Upon completion of registration and payment, the system will send a “Registration Success Notification” to your registered email address.
    • If you do not receive the notification within three days after completing payment, please proactively contact the organizing team via email for assistance.

    Important:

    • The email confirmation for registration success serves as an important basis for eligibility and subsequent check-in; please keep it safe.
    • In case the participant failed to seek support when they did not receive their confirmation email, the organizers shall not be held liable for the participant’s loss of event liability.

    On-Site Registration: (Updated: 06/01)

    • On-site registration will be available for UTFG2026 – World Journey.
    • 1-Day Pass: NTD 900 / person, 2-Day Pass: NTD 1,800 / person. Admission privileges are equivalent to Economy Class.
    • Pre-signups for on-site registration will open one week before the event. Passengers may create an account and complete their information in advance to speed up the check-in process on the day of the event.
    • On June 26 (Fri), on-site registration will be available at the Official Counter from 20:00–22:00 (GMT+8). During the event on June 27 (Sat) and June 28 (Sun), on-site registration may be completed during the Official Counter operating hours.
    • Please bring a valid ID to the official registration counter and collect your attendee badge after completing payment on-site.

    On-Site Registration Guidelines & Reminders:

    • You must register an account on the UTFG event registration system and complete the required information before proceeding with on-site registration. The organizer reserves the right to refuse on-site registration if you decline to register an account.
    • No refunds will be accepted once on-site registration payment has been completed and the attendee badge has been issued.
    • Passengers who purchase only a 1-Day Pass for June 27 (Sat) are not eligible to purchase charity raffle tickets. (The charity raffle drawing will be held during the Closing Ceremony on June 28 (Sun).)
    • On-site registration only provides admission ticket purchases. Additional purchases of commemorative merchandise, add-on goods, ticket upgrades, or other pre-order items are not available.

II. Onboard Merchandise (Event Souvenirs) Add-ons

  • Availability:

    • Add-on purchases for onboard merchandise will be announced separately in April. Please stay tuned to our official updates.
    • Once the service is live, passengers who have already completed their registration can still log in to the system to make additional purchases.

    Purchase Restrictions:

    • Add-ons are available only during the registration period. They will not be sold on-site at the event.
    • Eligibility is open to all cabin classes.
    • Each passenger may purchase up to 5 units per item.

III. Refund and Modification Rules (Cancellations)

  • First Class
    Due to advance arrangements and production requirements, no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted after registration is completed. Please confirm your itinerary carefully before registering.
  • Other Classes (Economy / Business Class)
    If you need to cancel your registration, you must contact the UTFG Team via email before May 03, 2026 (Sun) 23:59 [GMT+8]. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed.
  • Economy Class Upgrade Policy
    Participants who have completed the purchase of an Economy Class ticket and wish to upgrade to Business Class are required to pay the fare difference between the two classes, plus an additional 5% handling fee.

  • Refund Policy:
    For cancellations completed before the deadline, the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting a 10% administrative fee and a NTD 15 bank transfer fee. (Note: The bank transfer fee will be waived for payments made via credit card.)
  • For passengers who have completed registration but are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer plans to provide a merchandise shipping service after the event (shipping costs are the responsibility of the attendee). Participants may also authorize a friend or family member attending the event to collect the items on their behalf. Detailed procedures will be announced at a later date.

IV. Contact and Notification

  • The organizer will use Email as the primary method for announcements and communication. Please ensure our email address is on the whitelist to avoid being sent to junk mail.
  • The organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss of rights (e.g., missing payment or confirmation deadlines) caused by the participant’s failure to check their email.

V. Payment and Conduct Regulations

  • Completing the registration process implies that you have fully read and agreed to all event regulations.
  • If a passenger violates regulations during the event (including but not limited to harassment, damage to the venue, or disruption of order) and fails to improve after warnings, the Cabin Crew (Organizing Team) reserves the right to revoke participation and request the individual to leave without a refund.

VI. Privacy Policy

  • Passengers agree that the organizer may collect, process, and use personal data for event safety, identity verification, and operational requirements.
  • All personal data will be used exclusively for this event and will not be provided to unrelated third parties.

VII. Adjustments and Final Interpretation

  • The organizer reserves the right to adjust event content, rules, and related matters at any time.
  • For any matters not covered herein, UTFG Official Announcements shall prevail as the final decision.

First-Class Patron Program Event Support Program

【Purpose of the Program】

Thank you to everyone who supports and loves UTFG.

Starting this year, we have established the “First-Class Patron Program” Event Support Program for participants who are willing to provide a higher level of support for the growth of UTFG.

The core spirit of this program is “Sponsorship and Support.”

Through this program, we aim to gather resources from those willing to contribute more and apply them directly to event production, further enhancing stage scale, hardware quality, and the overall participant experience.

If you resonate with UTFG’s vision and wish to play a role in elevating event quality, we sincerely invite you to apply for this program.

【Program & Benefits】

Registration Rights:

  • Participants enjoy the same event eligibility and benefits as “First Class.”

Slot Limit:

  • Maximum of 5 slots.
  • Admission is based on an application review system and is not first-come, first-served.

Sponsorship Amount:

  • Minimum sponsorship amount is NTD 100,000 (or equivalent sponsorship).

※ Slots for this program are allocated independently and do not affect the application rights or benefits of other registration tiers.
※ Once the application deadline has passed, the program will not be reopened, even if slots are not fully filled.
※ Once registration and sponsorship procedures are finalized, no requests for cancellation, transfer, or refund will be accepted. Applicants are advised to conduct a thorough evaluation before submitting their application.

【Application Method & Timeline】

Application Period:

  • From now until February 4, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+8).
  • Please complete the “First-Class Patron Program Application Form” within this period.

Review and Notification:

  • Our team will conduct a review after the application deadline.
  • All applicants, regardless of selection result, will receive an email notification within one week after the deadline.

Follow-up Procedures:

  • Selected applicants must complete registration and sponsorship procedures within the timeframe specified in the notification email.
  • Failure to do so will be regarded as a forfeiture of the slot, which will not be reserved.
  • The email address provided during the application process will serve as the primary channel for notifications regarding applications, reviews, and follow-up procedures. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any disruption in the process or loss of eligibility due to failure to monitor emails, respond within specified deadlines, or complete required procedures.

【Special Note on the Nature of Sponsorship】

This program is a supportive sponsorship for the UTFG event. It is not a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible.

Your sponsorship will be used for:

  • Enhancing overall event quality and execution details
  • Strengthening stage scale, visual effects, and program presentation

The essence of this program is a cooperative model in which support contributes to an improved overall event experience, allowing UTFG to present the event in a more complete and high-quality form to all participants.

※ Special Provisions Regarding Sponsorship Participants of this program are required to comply with UTFG event regulations and on-site management rules. In the event of any violation, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant without issuing a refund.
