UTFG Code of Conduct

1. Registration and Badge Pickup

  • Receiving your Event Badge constitutes agreement and commitment to abide by all event regulations.
  • Valid identification (e.g., ID card, National Health Insurance card, passport, residence permit) must be presented for verification during pickup.
  • Photocopies, photos, or screenshots will not be accepted as proof of identity; special cases will be determined on-site by the organizers.
  • If registration information stored in the database does not match the presented ID, you must re-queue and correct the data to match your ID before receiving your Event Badge.
  • Please wear your Event Badge in a visible location at all times during the event. Those not wearing a badge will be treated as unregistered, and staff may request them to leave the venue.
  • If an ID is found not to match the holder’s identity, the organizers reserve the right to confiscate the badge and disqualify both parties involved.

2. Venue and Hotel Usage

  • Event areas are restricted to participants with a valid Event Badge. For non-rented hotel public spaces (e.g., lobby, restaurants), please follow hotel rules and respect other guests.
  • Participants are liable for compensation per hotel regulations if they damage, stain, or lose hotel property or equipment.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel.
  • The use of inline skates, roller skates, skateboards, and scooters is prohibited inside the hotel.
  • Electric vehicles or motorized mobility devices are prohibited unless authorized by the organizers or for those with proof of disability.
  • The 1F lobby is open until 01:00 AM. Please lower your volume late at night and avoid gathering in hallways; non-staying guests may not stay overnight in the lobby or public areas after 01:00 AM.
  • Adhere to room occupancy limits. If occupancy exceeds the registered number, the hotel may require immediate check-out without a refund for that night; remaining nights may be refunded according to policy.
  • Large group photos and performances without prior application are prohibited in the 1F lobby at all times.
  • Fursuits are not permitted in hotel restaurants or 5F guest facilities (pool, sauna, gym, Bobo’s Park).
  • Entering staff passages, service elevators, or other restricted areas without permission is prohibited.
  • Pets are prohibited inside the hotel, except for legally permitted service dogs such as guide dogs.
  • Unauthorized power connection, use of extension cords, high-power equipment, or any unsafe electrical behavior in public areas is prohibited.
  • Running, chasing, pushing, or any behavior endangering self or others is prohibited within the hotel or event venue.
  • Election campaigning, religious proselytizing, direct marketing, or any unapproved commercial activity is prohibited.
  • Behavior in rooms must follow the guest rules. Guests are responsible for complaints regarding noise or equipment damage; the organizers reserve the right to take action if the event’s reputation is compromised.

3. Dress Code and Props

  • Dresses and costumes must meet public social standards. Bare chests, exposure of sexual characteristics, or sexually suggestive attire are prohibited. Organizers may require adjustments or adding addition outer layers if deemed too revealing or controversial.
  • Dangerous items, realistic firearms, or legally prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.
  • Props must not exceed 1 meter in length.

4. Luggage Storage

  • A luggage room will be available on 6/27 and 6/28 for Event Badge holders, subject to capacity.
  • Please keep your valuables with you. The storage room provides space only; the organizers are not responsible for custody or compensation.
  • Retrieve items before the event ends; unclaimed items will be treated as lost property.
  • Lost-and-found information will be announced after the event. Items not claimed within the specified period will be disposed of.

5. Fursuiter Rules and Etiquette

  • Headless Lounge will be available during the event for fursuiters. All registered participants are welcome to use it. However, due to limited space, crowd control may be implemented. We recommend that participants staying at the main hotel to change in their rooms whenever possible.
  • Changing is restricted to guest rooms or designated lounges. Changing in hotel restrooms, the lobby, or hallways is strictly prohibited.
  • The lounge is for fursuiters and one assistant only. Photography and filming are strictly prohibited inside.
  • Fursuiting in hotel public areas is permitted from 16:00 on 6/26 to 11:00 on 6/29. Please do not wear fursuits in public areas outside these times.
  • Obtain consent before interacting with fursuiters. Unauthorized touching (hugging, pulling tails, or patting) is prohibited.
  • Fursuiters have limited visibility; avoid approaching suddenly from behind or making bumping motions.
  • Monitor your physical condition. If feeling unwell, stop your current activity and immediately seek help from staff.

6. Photography Regulations

  • Obtain consent before photographing others. Sneakshots/creepshots, stalking, or photographing while changing/resting (e.g., removing heads or while un-suited) is strictly prohibited.
  • Photos and videos taken during the event are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial or inappropriate purposes.
  • Recording and livestreaming permissions for each In-flight Entertainment (Panel) session depend on the host’s announcement.
  • Tripods, light stands, or fixed-point filming equipment are prohibited inside the venue.
  • Drones are strictly prohibited inside and around the event hotel.
  • The organizers will conduct official filming; participation constitutes consent for your image to be used for future promotion and documentation.

7. Miscellaneous

  • Follow staff instructions during emergencies. Illegal acts will be documented and reported to the police.
  • Organizers may issue warnings, restrict actions, or disqualify violators without a refund, depending on severity.
  • The organizers reserve the right to interpret the rules and may adjust them or handle violations as needed.

「All participants must read and follow these rules.
Let's maintain a great environment for the convention together!」

Participant Q&A

Q1:Can I leave my luggage in the hallway temporarily?
No. Hallways are fire escape routes. Please use the luggage room or return items to your room.

Q2:Is livestreaming allowed in the venue?
Personal social media streaming is allowed as long as it doesn’t block paths. Please respect those who wish not to be filmed. For Panel sessions, follow the host’s rules.

Q3:What should I do if I feel uncomfortable or harassed?
Please report to the nearest staff member or the information desk immediately; we will assist you.
