Have you ever dreamed of starting your club at school? Sharing common interests, skills, or experiences, and gathering like-minded people to join you?

Do not miss the chance to register for the “Club Activities(Panel)” at the UTFG School Carnival!

Whether it is a board games club, spiritual and magical research club, lifestyle workshop, interest gathering, talent workshops, interactive games, casual talks, or even fun outdoor activities…There’s no limitation! You bring up the idea, and we provide the space. We welcome everyone to come and host their unique activity!

If the number of submissions exceeds the available slots, we will decide the entries by lottery.
Final results will be announced within two weeks after the registration deadline.

🧩 Club Activities(Panel) Q&A

Q1: Can I propose multiple panels?

A1: Yes! Please submit a separate registration form for each panel you wish to host.

Q2: I want to participate, but I’m unfamiliar with hosting a panel…

A2: Check out YouTube with keywords such as “furry convention panel”! There are many examples of real-life panel activities for inspiration!

Q3: I need some equipment or materials. Can you help?

A3: UTFG provides standard equipment such as microphones and projectors. The host must bring their own laptop. If there are any additional requirements, please indicate them in the registration form, and we’ll assess and assist as much as possible.

Q4: How do I choose the venue and time?

A4: The registration form includes information on venue sizes, suitable capacity, and available times. Choose one based on your needs, and we’ll arrange the most suitable slot and location.

Q5: Is commercial activity allowed?

A5: Sorry, but Panels are intended for community interaction, and any commercial activity (e.g., selling, promotions, advertisements, or soliciting) is strictly prohibited.

Q6: Can I host adult-rated or niche topic Panels? What are the rules?

A6: Yes, but the panel must comply with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and follow these principles:

  Only the following three types are allowed: (1) Rational discussion of adult themes (2) Creativity workshop of educational or interactive content (3) Exploration of niche interests or subcultures

  • Nudity, sexual content, or interactions that could cause discomfort or be perceived as harassment are strictly prohibited.

  • All participants must be age 18 or older.

  • If the content raises legal concerns or receives complaints, the organizers reserve the right to terminate the activity. The panel host has all legal responsibilities.

📚 Club Activity (Panel) Guidelines

• All submissions will be reviewed to ensure they comply with event regulations.

• If entries exceed the limitation, a lottery system will be used to select the entries.

• The organizers reserve the right to modify, alter, interpret, or cancel any part of the event.

• Those selected but fail to show up without valid reason will lose eligibility to host panels at future UTFG events.
