When the journey reaches the Dealers den, creators from all over will gather here—whether it's original creations, handmade goods, OC creations, or on-site commissions. This is the treasure port of the trip. Are you ready to start treasure hunting and claim your own personal trophies of memory?
Traditional Chinese is the official language for all event materials. Translations in other languages are for reference only. Should there be any conflict or inconsistency in meaning, the Traditional Chinese version will be considered the final and binding version.
I. Registration Information
– Registration Period: From now until April 26 (Sun), 23:59 [GMT+8].
– Booth slots are limited. If the number of applications exceeds the venue’s capacity, the register will be picked at random. Results will be notified within two weeks after the deadline.
– There are no restrictions on the theme or format of the items sold.
– You may sell original merchandise, illustrations, handmade crafts, OC creations, etc. Live drawing and creation displays are also welcome.

II. Booth Guidelines
Booth coordinators and assistants must register for the UTFG World Journey event.
Booth Fee: 200 TWD per booth (approx. 90×60 cm space, half table).
Each booth coordinator may apply for up to 2 booths (one full table).
If selling adult-rated (18+) content, items must be clearly labeled and appropriately shielded from view. Age verification (ID check) is mandatory before sale.
The sale of pirated, infringing, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their booth eligibility revoked, and the organizers reserve the right to pursue legal action.
On-site preparation of food or beverages is prohibited. Only pre-packaged food or beverages may be sold. The sale of alcoholic products must comply with all relevant local regulations.
Each booth is allowed one registered assistant (two booths allow for two assistants). Assistants must enter the venue together with the booth coordinator for setup.
If a queue forms at the booth, the booth staff is responsible for guiding the crowd and maintaining order.
For requests regarding adjacent booths (booth cooperation) or special configurations, please specify in the Remarks section during registration. The organizers will make every effort to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee all will be fulfilled.
