I. In-flight Entertainment (Panel) Q&A

Q1：Can I run more than one Panel?
Certainly, please submit a separate registration form for each Panel you wish to host.

Q2： I really want to join in, but I’m not sure what kind of show I should do. Any ideas?
We recommend searching keywords such as “furry convention panel” on video platforms like YouTube. You will find numerous recorded sessions from various events that serve as practical references.

Q3：I’m gonna need some gear or materials, can you guys help me out with that?
UTFG provides standard equipment, including microphones and projection systems; however, hosts are required to bring their own laptops. If you have additional requirements, please specify them in the registration form. We will evaluate your request and assist to the best of our ability.

Q4：How do I pick the room and the time slot?
Detailed information regarding venue capacity, attendee limits, and available time slots is provided within the registration form for your selection. Final arrangements will be coordinated based on your requirements and the overall event schedule.

Q5：Am I allowed to sell stuff or do some business there?
We regret to inform you that the primary purpose of our In-flight Entertainment (Panel) programs is to exchange and share experiences of like-minded people. All forms of commercial activity—including sales, promotion, advertising, and solicitation—are strictly prohibited.

Q6：Can I host an adult-themed or a niche topic panel? What are the rules?
Yes, provided that the content complies with the current laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and adheres to the following principles:

– Content is restricted to rational discussions of adult themes, creative tutorials/games, or the exploration of specific subculture interests.

– Any form of nudity or simulated sexual acts is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, interactions that may lead to sexual harassment disputes are not permitted. 

– All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

– Should any content raise legal concerns or receive formal complaints, the organizing committee reserves the right to terminate the program immediately. The host shall bear full legal responsibility for their program.

II. In-flight Entertainment (Panel) Regulations

• The UTFG staff will review all registered programs to ensure compliance with event regulations.
• In the event of an excessive number of submissions, selection will be made randomly. Results will be notified via email within two weeks of the deadline.
• The organizer reserves the right to make final modifications, changes, interpretations, and cancellations to the event and its rules.
• Selected hosts who fail to attend their scheduled session without a valid reason will be disqualified from hosting panels at future UTFG events.

• If the number of submissions exceeds expectations, we will select participants at random and notify the final results within one week after the deadline.
• Please complete the registration form. As long as your submission complies with the event guidelines, you will have a chance to host your own panel in UTFG World Journey!
