- Refund requests will not be accepted starting from Monday, June 1, 00:00 (GMT+8). We appreciate your understanding.
- If you need to transfer your registration, please get in touch with the organizer for assistance. The transfer deadline is Sunday, June 7, 23:59 (GMT+8).

- Any damage to the venue (e.g., vomit) will incur a compensation fee in accordance with hotel regulations.
